It seems wrong to take the FS away from both characters who originally used it.
And yet it was also wrong to give them those Final Smashes in the first place, when they had perfectly usable moves that were actually theirs.
Besides, it's not the same as changing other moves. PK Starstorm didn't have any room for technique or anything, it wasn't controllable. No one will go "but I always did this special thing with that move!" If players miss the PK Starstorm Final Smash, it's because it looked pretty.
