First, according to the forum rules, please post at Sprites Discussion forums, you can find it here. All custom stuff must be submitted to critique and improvement before being posted (sort of quality control to avoid bad recolors and other lazy stuff).
Then register yourself to www.photobucket.com or use services like www.imageshack.us or www.tinypic.com to upload your picture.
Get the url of your image (for example www.something.com/image.png ), copy (select it all, ctrl+c) and paste (ctrl+v) between the img tags. It would look like something like that
