What program can I use fr create animated gifs like this?

Ok I used to use crappy Microsoft GIF animator, but it sucks! Now I use a truely superior program called Gif Movie Gear, it is great you can set it to a custom speed, what ever! It's great! Download it! http://www.gamani.com
