That looks good with the legs. I look at that character design and it seems very childlike. Have the arms swing when he walks, but make its a large swing, sort of exaggerated due to the long sleeves. That seems like it would fit the character. But I dunno, it might not looks good since it's a slow walk and not like a sprint.
