Original resolution:
epsxe 1.7 -> task bar -> Config -> Video -> the first "Configure" button
And then:
Window Mode
320x240
Colour depth: 32 Bit
Stretching: Scale to window size, keep aspect ratio
Dithering: No dithering (fastest)
