Why is there no recent work on this?
I know I'm bumping an ancient thread, but this is a project, and a work in progress shouldn't sink this low until it's done!
Now c'mon people, there's no reason for this! Wake up and smell the sulfur!
Also, I much prefer the original design. I mean, he wasn't trying to be this weird robotic thing. The scientists proved that he COULD make weird robot things when they did most of the others. Let's stay on this side of the uncanny valley, people!
Although I do kind of like Koopaul's...
Seriously people, this isn't rocket science! It's the most simple character! He should be done by now!
I'm not saying that I could do better; In fact, I almost certainly could not, but it can't be that hard to move some pieces around and call it a sheet! Look at this guy! You should shade it differently when needed, but besides that, you're halfway to being done!
Also, I'll contribute something. I worked on this for... A times?

The bare basics of a Skapon sheet. With this, you can do a Tondeker, a Konaniran, Walking animation, a punch, a good punch, and some various kicks. Enjoy.
