Pokemon, what happened to you?

Ok guys here goes me rant. Sorry for any misspelling of pokemon names as I don't care.

About the legendaries, Don't think of them all as legendaries for god's sake. I'm pretty sure that Shyman, manphie, and whatever other little hard to get pokemon that can breed and have very low stats is supposed to be the red Garados of the series, like holy shit am I really the only one who sees them like this?

Yes some of the legendaries are kinda pointless to have, but the retardly weak ones and the ones you can breed are the Red Garados of the series. If you are going to count them as legendaries then r/b/y has 6 Legendaries.

Now for the events in the games

Contests-
Added into the games just to give the games some new content, basically an idea that took from the show. You are not forced into doing them so why even bother complaining? Honestly, if you don't like them that much then just don't do them. Simple. I will do them when I'm bored but other then that they just kinda sit there.

The Pokedex-
Gen 2 has the best pokedex thing ever. Honestly the Radio and the Phone they should have kept in every single game after gen 2. I mean look at gen 4 and all the applications it has, I was kinda surprised to find out that it had no radio or phone.

The Pokemon-
They need to even out the types more. It seems like they need more fire, less water, and other things that need to be taken into account.

The villains-
Honestly with Emerald having two, it gets too confusing so it should only stay with one. Whatever they call it, it really doesn't matter to me, as long as they have a good backstory on what they are doing. Team Magma/Aqua has a good story to them, Team Rocket was mainly just stealing pokemon so villain wise Team Rocket were just fucking hoodrats while Team Magma/Aqua were the fucking Mafia.

The Storyline-
To be honest I think they all take place around the same time but each region is a country. Hence why to start off watching a news show about a Red Garados, it happened in another country, Hence why you don't just find one randomly sitting in the lake but find a shiny Magikarp instead. I do think that there could be a few years difference between each game due to the "time machine" things to trade between games but other then that different countries just seems to work better. Particularly with what it shown in Gen 2 and the fact that you can travel between regions it's like traveling between America and Canada.
