Yes it is ignorant but so far no one has made a post like that.

Snake claims to be 100% completed but he has not animations other than the rocket and the aux thing.
All of these problems need to be fixed before the game is completed.

I beg to differ.

All of the stages look horrible, style mixing causes sprites to clash with eachother making the game look really ugly, whoever picked the roster should not have been allowed to pick the roster, and I don't hate the whole game because Naruto, Naruto is just a big negative. I haven't commented on the gamepley because the game does not look appealing enough to bother playing.

and Cleod said that hes doing all the snake animations himself which is why he doesnt need them in hte archieve.

The only character I made 100% custom, is Ness. and im happy with how he came out. Im editing Bowser, and a couple other people though.
