I think they'd work better with little-to-no shading. While I haven't actually seen the show, the animation doesn't have any shading, right?
Sadly, though, the day we get another season of Megas is when we get a new episode of Big O to explain what the hell happened in the end, which is coincidentally also Duke Nukem Forever's release date, which is - whaddya know! - the day Hell freezes over.

tbh I don't like any of Cartoon Networks new shows much; they need more shows like Courage the Cowardly Dog and stuff imo
