The Gamecube was gimmicky? <_<
Anyway, I've always been a Ninty person myself, but I gotta admit the console just downright sucks. I mean, the motion control thing was cool the first time playing with it, but it got old quickly and really... swinging my wrist around to make Link do some weird motion isn't as fun as it is made to be. Also, playing MKWii with the Wiimote = worst experience ever. Of course, it still has it's fair amount of games, but they are all just 1st Party titles that fail to surprise at all. 3rd Parties are either huge letdowns, ports or not worth of my attention. Although Deadly Creatures looks cool, I can't trust THQ with anything. I kinda hate Nintendo right now, and my respect for Miyamoto is dropping quickly.
The PS3 is cool and all, but it lacks a good library. 'Nuff said, honestly.
The 360 is definitely the way to go. While most of the well-known games consist of FPS, there's a LOT to see here, and people usually just ignore them or they aren't as appealing. But really, when games such as Vesperia and Eternal Sonata exist in the RPG Category, Viva Pinata in the Simulation category, GTA4 in the roam-some-place category, etc. exist, then there's NOTHING to worry about here. I trust an even brighter future awaits the 360.
