The design on the first one isn't that great but as it was for an art trade I assume its not your deseign so yeah.
The leg closest to us looks awkward. Those lines shouldn't be there, that's where the knee should be. Possible fix: move the line down a bit?
Also, the shoulders seem to be missing and the arms look barely attached.

The bionicle looks cramped but I'm not sure how to fix it.

As for the last one it's legs seem kinda weird shaped but I think that's just how her robot legs are supposed to be?

Fairly nice looking stuff you've got here though.
