tbh that looks way too much like wally (green hair, grey shirt)

but it does look really cool!

I was worried about that :X (it was supposed to be a white hoodie >.>)

I'm going to make a big drawing as a better reference (mainly for details) like shawn did, It might help with suggestions for the sprite~

After having a second look at the Wally sprite, I think yours might work actually.
