I met a 32-years-old guy who used to write exactly the way he spoke. And yeah, it was hard to understand what he was writing, even we both were talking in our mother-language.
So maybe they just have a few screws loose, because it's really unlikely they would do those kind of mistakes. It would be grammar mistakes, like mine. If you pay attention, it's phonetic-related, they are probably trying to act cool.
