This is definately in the wrong forum, but I'll give some crit anyways.
Too much blank space...or perhaps just poorly organized. You only have her walking sprites and battle sprites, maybe fill it up with the running and bike sprites.
Why is the platinum artwork for her randomly thrown in? This is The Spriter's Resource, you don't need to randomly stick in artwork that is not even from the game(meaning you didn't rip it) in the sheet itself.
And the rainbow letters near the bottom are very bothersome. Very bad on the eyes, especially against a blank white background.
The layout and number of sprites are a major issue to work on. Look at these sheets to get a general idea of the layout.
