It's a little bit of hard work to animate, but I'll tell you how!
You draw a background in Paint, go to Save and save it somewhere.
Then you put sprites on it, go to Save As, and save it as a number so you remember when that frame appears.
Then make the sprites move or whatever, and go to save as, and save it as the next frame.
Keep doing this until you have enough, then open Windows Movie Maker.
Import all the frames (not the background) into it, then put them on the timeline.
Then publish the movie! I hope I helped
