Even if you don't include the feet, the legs need to be changed so that they don't look like stumps.

Look at at the reference image there; the legs are somewhat chubby, but they still look like legs.
Yours look more like triangles glued to their bodies.

edit- Also, something needs to be done to fix the nose on the red pikmin, but I'm not sure how to help there. Maybe someone else can figure it out.
