Custom Kingdom Hearts 2 Gauges (critique desired)

[Super Missile]

I've been working on this for quite a long time and I keep getting comments that it's not good enough. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I changed so many things on it more than once and people still say it's no good. I'd really like to know, straight up, what's wrong with it. I'm more than willing to accept direct criticism so check it out and tell me what you all think is wrong.
