Here's the hero from VICE, Detective Quinn Hart!

VICE is a Ninja Gaiden clone, minus the ability to cling to walls freely. He has a laser whip for some reason, and he also sports a gun with remarkably short range, and a grenade that can hit enemies twice in a row with the same explosion, which is useful against bosses that are difficult to get close to with the whip or the gun.
Jake from Totally Rad is next, but he might be a bit considering, like Big Bang from Clash at Demonhead, has multiple forms.
