But, I don't know, it doesn't really stay original to the character's powers. Kinda like Ness using PK starstorm when he should've had something like PK Love Omega.
And, Lucas could've at least pumped out PK Ground, that shiz would've been epic. BAM! bam bam bam bam bam!
The fact is that every other character in GS could summon Judgement if they had the right djinns set.
But only Isaac could use Ragnarok when he had the Earth Djinns set on.
And unfortunately, spriting Judgement itself will take quite a while to finish, and to approve in the eyes of the TSR.
