You barely read my post. I'm going to be adding a nose and other features. It's a recolor now, because it's a WIP, do you get it?

The simple fact is that Waluigi is just a recolored, taller version of Luigi. with a different nose, suit color, mustache, and eyes. So would Baby Waluigi be, except with the eyes and mustache.. There's not much difference to be honest.

You forgot the damn voice, how could you?

They are all voiced by Charles Martinet, just with different voices.
