Spider-man character from Spider-man and the X-Men: Arcade's Revenge, released in the USA in 1992.
Only thing I didn't rip is the web he swings on, but I wasn't able to rip it, since as you swing it is rotated, and I didn't feel like ripping a different rope for every degree. I suppose I can rip it while it's straight, but even then it wouldn't be much help.
