I would change volt tackle to an attack where you take at least 3 neutral damage dashes across the stage and back to separate it from Sonic a little bit, at least.

Onto what I'd change for Ness, I do agree to give him a slingshot for up+B
his final smash could be changed to PK Rockin Omega from EB. Ness points and pokes to the directions each 'strum' that PK Rockin does, (if you seen it in action, you'll probably know what I'm talking about) and the final blow creates an explosion around ness, kinda like in DK's konga smash

I would like to negative thank this. We've discussed the Mother cast final smashes ad nauseum and how does slingshot make sense as up-B?
