Honestly...

Honestly, I have to admit that the tits are literally the only remotely feminine thing about it. The bodies anatomy itself isn't very good and without the tits could be said to be of either gender. But when we move on to focus on the head and hands... well. Lets start with the obvious. The eyebrows are almost as gargantuan as the hands - In fact when I think about it more so.The hair on the side: very side-burn-like. I know it's not supposed to be sideburns but come on. With hair curving that much and doing everything that hair is doing it should not be so much a strand as it should be part of the bulk. We should either not be able to see the ear or the strand should be tucked behind the ear for hair to be like that. And the Fonz/Fry hair? The hair over all can be described as an old fashioned "cool dude" cut with something of a mullet growing in.
The head off to the side is better but the two are inconsistent. The flip of hair up top in the picture on the left is not doing the same thing as the flip on the right, the heads are not at all shaped the same in the first place, the shoulders aren't nearly as broad on the right, etc.
Everything else aside though I would say that you shouldn't be afraid to go more dynamic with the hair. The picture on the right looks kinda like she's in the act of turning her head. The strands of hair on the side of her head wouldn't likely be glued to the side of her head like sideburns they would flow with the movement and act like... hair. Anyhow this friendly nod of "well you can see where he's coming from and by the way..." has gone on for far too long. Sorry about that.
