well, the point of an edit is to show how you can improve it. i think you should fix it up yourself to improve it on your own, using my edit as an example

keep in mind to;
-alter the colours a bit to be less dull and dirt water-y
-add more definition to the face, bring out the cheek bone, stern out that brow, make the scar blend more, and so on
-the body could be temporary but i recommend making the pose something more natural like one hand in his pocket and the other holding the cigarette.

i really like what you have so far though. im rooting for you!
