The difference between a freindship and a relationship is pretty much the physical side of things so yeah.

i mean, the only difference between an internet friendship and an internet relationship is that the two individuals state that they are now in a relationship.
The difference between a real life one is that, plus the physical side of things. And doing stuff together and/or living together.

it's not the same.
i'm not saying there's anything wrong with meeting someone on the internet and ending up in a relationship.
But i think at some point that couple should meet up irl, if they never do then it was all a bit pointless
