Nice! The only thing I can say now is that the .MTL files need to be fixed for this as well. Thankfully this takes like 2 seconds. Export them as normal then just open up one in notepad, go to Edit-> Replace... or hit CTRL+H. Type "bmp" into find and "png" into replace with and hit replace all on the side to fix all the texture assignments for that .MTL.
