[G] Emerald Sprites in HG/SS style + other sprites

I'm kinda new here and new at spriting, so cut me some slack please

Well after days of leaving MS Paint untouched I decided to start a little project
I've decided to revamp all the important/main characters from the R/S/E games, but I'll probably only do the Gym Leaders & Elite 4 (inc. Champion)

Comments, rates and improvements?

You should do the Team Aqua and Team Magma stuff too.
Also if you wanna improve Professor Birch, I think the hair and the beard should be shaded the same. On the hair you did quite a bit of shading and on the beard you just do one shade of light brown on his face.
This is the problem with the hair I think
I like the others a lot though.
