After a search on Google, the sound file name seems to be used for a Lego program. It's a long shot, but try the Wav2Rso tool located here: http://bricxcc.sourceforge.net/utilities.html
I can't guarantee that these would work though since it might not even be the same sound format. If it isn't then, you might have to wait for someone to do a convertor and there doesn't seem to be much info about RSO (apart from one site saying that it might be a module file).
