SSB congratulations screens!

like i said before use start at master hand code. then when the credits are almost done turn on dump textures. then let the congrats screen load. pause the emulation. then the congrats screen should be put into the folder png_all there will be some others but not as many as if you were to dump textures from the begining of the game

I know these on beggining of game, It's FOX/MARIO/LINK and another one (if I remember)...
Also, give me the code to master hand, I didn't found!
