Changed the head to the old one as suggested and tried editing out those black lines on his right (our left) arm. Nothing to boast about.

Now.... Which one? I actually kinda like Ran's head... what do you guys think? Stick with the old or try out the new?

P.S. I'm aware of how I shouldn't have made them different speeds. I didn't know exactly how fast Ran's was, so I just went and made it the speed I thought it would be in-game.

EDIT: Ran, what program did you use to animate the sprite with a transparent background?
