If I may...
Could you add a line asking newcomers to refrain themselves of saying things like "This is my crappy sprite" or "I know my sprites suck, but..."
Lots of people still believe that by saying these things, they are automatically entitled to a special treat.

yeah, this has been happening a lot too.

In a sense, those kinds of comments are a sign that people don't want critique, and that's what sprite discussion is for isn't it?
