I think with his ^B, he should spin a single time. I only say it should spin because then it would look more like it was helping him jump again, and it could also help him to launch a gust while on the ground. (I'm talking a single spin btw, not a bunch).
As for the other moves, I'd say switch his >B to his vB since you are using it to smash enemies down.
Make vB Bumbchus.
Make standard B the flame wand in which he launches a fireball either far and at a low arc, or not so far and with a high arc (Or anywhere in between).
As for the final smash, wasn't there also a final smash idea based around Phantom Zelda? I mean, the one you had could work obviously, I'm just trying to remember all the other options.
