I had it on "Darkness.", the typical color setting for no$GBA. And I didn't see anything called a "VGA Poppy Setting."
Edit: Your right, they are off by a lot... let me see if I can fix that.
Edit 2: Ohhh... that's where it was, in GBA mode... I'll get to work re-ripping them.
