Okay, since there weren't a lot of poses for Raven, I decided to add it to the background sheet, so the Raven background on the site isn't needed. And ya, I couldn't get his color changes because there's more than you think. Even the SNES version on the site doesn't have them all.

The sprite doesn't change when raven is moving?

EDIT: I found another Raven sprite in TSR, this one have all the colour changes. I'm sorry but this one is more complete than yours (I'm talking about Raven, not about backgrounds and others).
