I actually like the blur thing whether in real life a skull man springing out your head would be fast or not is up to the creator is it not? I like the fast pace, I would HATE if you did a whole slowly getting out of his head, its more cartoon and abstract to see him speed out like that.
And yeah to this whole its not realistic to make a blur going that far and your character would fall over cause of the speed is just nonsense, considering its up to the makers of what rules and laws they will follow.
