delete spamhaul

does anybody even remember the reason that spamhaul exists in the first place

it was so all the stuff in here wouldn't infest the rest of the boards
honestly, it's done a good job of that so far, i'd say

getting rid of it will hurt more things than it helps, moderation or not
it also allows a place to put "fast topics" like for youtube videos and stuff, without shitting up GD.

well those topics are fine it's more along the lines of people are getting into fights literally every day and obviously something isn't being done right
