Quagsire is looking pretty sweet; the shading is much better on that one. I would still round out the shading under his mouth though.

As for Raichu I just don't even know. Every one of his shapes seem off... His face should be a a pixel or so lower and several pixels to the left, the foot on our right could use some better angling, his ears are too big and clunky, the end of the tail should be sharper, his stomache should be rounder, etc.

ACTUALLY, it's a female Raichu, the tail is as sharp as it's supposed to be

but everything else is valid, Raichu needs some work
