The game you are looking for is for Japanese mobile phones. While American mobile games are easy enough to rip in some cases, the Japanese ones got some hardware lock that don't let us to even copy the rom to the computers, not alloying us to rip. Also most game you got to pay a monthly fee, and when you're playing the game constantly sends and receive feeds to confirm you're paying your bill and game-wise material like music and sprites (basically: the game isn't whole in your mobile). So, yeah. Tough luck
