More likely than a new F-Zero game. Now THAT is never going to happen.

i don't know why but the Wii version of Speed Racer (omg movie game) is somehow holding me over in the meantime while I'm waiting for a new F-Zero.
It's like a more car-combat based F-Zero

yeah and it's a movie game that doesn't suck incredibly bad
