so this is basically that one mario flash game with all the different videogame characters except its megaman and only has capcom characters (and a shitty art style)

That's actually what I'm hoping for (the first part at least); if all the non-megaman characters actually play substantially different from megaman like the characters in that game did, that'd be pretty neat.
