Sorry, but the coloring is really a big problem. You gradient shaded the hat. You need to use less colors, but with more contrast between them. Also keep in mind that you're shading to show depth, not just to shade (!! that famous line!)
You're just kind of randomly throwing in colors, you need to make sense. Try looking at the example you were given earlier
