I could do that for an Attack animation, since his only Physical Attack is Counter...but in the 3D games, he still uses that same animation(puts his hand...fin...whatever...on his head and opens his mouth)
Now, if you mean just make the animation bounce more, I could do that, but it'll still end up looking like it currently does...For the more bouncy Pokemon, I'll end up doing what they've been doing to animate the Pokemon in the games(that is, if this was going to become a game, which it most likely won't, cause I have no idea how to program...)
@ Ton: There already is the Lipstick Face, to the Left of the Shiny, and the bottom Right corner
Edit: I made him more bouncy(Well, the animation) by using the real game method...Resizing!...Yes, I'm serious, but it does work...And trust me, if this were ever to be a game, I'd touch the resized sprites up more, and put them on an 'updated' sheet(assuming It'd still be put up on TSR)
