It looks pretty good, but seems like it should have more details on it, a lot of which could be done by texturing it. The fingers are a little stubby and the hair is kind of low poly looking especially in the front compared to the parts, but overall this looks pretty good. Like E-man said the face could look more feminine, but texturing it would probably fix that for the most part.
Don't be worried about Blender causing you problems either. It has a big learning curve, but if you can get past it you can really make some amazing stuff. I've yet to pass it by the way for a few reasons
