I'm re-spriting metalflygon's version and I've noticed a few things I hope everyone keeps in mind
-The colors sport high contast and hueshifting
-The lightsource is topleft
-Small pokemon still get big sprites
-Dithering occasionally happens but it's always minimal and always with a purpose (aka don't do it if you're not sure)
-The heads are just about always tilting up or down or at some kind of angle, not just straight-ahead
-Do something with the poses and expression
-They all use a slightly-off black for the outlines so you should grab it off 'em
