The letter of the font is wrong...
Let me I do for you, the 2 icons...
The Froggy/Medals:

Good progress anyway, except the super sonic is very badly compressed...
Tried to dump/extract the iso again?

Let me say one thing...
For make good icons... You just need:
Verdana font with the size 7
248/248/248 at the colors
and NO ANTI-ALIAS
