I don't think anyone's saying it's garbage, it's not Sonic 2k6, it just isn't very good, and I don't mean in an "oh, in an ideal world where dreams come true, they could make it better~" kind of way, I mean it would be seriously humanly possible to make this game quite a bit better, and it's dissappointing that it doesn't match that standard
hopefully the future episodes will improve although given that this is sonic and there's kind of a cycle for this sort of thing I don't have my hopes too high
