you must barely ever play any video games ever if you only like to play ones with good stories

I don't always play for great story, I just aim for that. I can pick up super mario and play it all day because the game focuses on running from point A to point B. It's fun, but I don't play it AGAIN on luigi mode cause it's just gonna be the same shit with different difficulty. (And even is the story is shitty, the only thing that would keep me playing it is M-U-L-T-I-P-L-A-Y-E-R.)

But when Vanquish force feeds you a story of SPACE MARINES and RUSSIANS, I don't see past the shit story.

I would rather have a story with
GOOD gameplay and GREAT story
than a game with
GOOD gameplay and MEDIOCRE story.
it would make the game last longer in my mind
