I'm not a veteran here but I think you need some directions.
As starters, people are allergic to .bmp files. They are unnecessary large files... I recommend or using .png or .gif
And those are just simple recolors, I don't think they would count as edited sprites... And you didn't ripped it. I think it's even one of the rules here: if you didn't rip, did you at least asked permission and credit it on the sheet?
