Well... I have something to say but you may don't like it. If you don't want to be angry, please ignore the rest of this post
I think you should delete her arms and legs and do it over. As a pixel artist sometimes I get better results after scrapping the old to create a new. The major problem with your sprite is you didn't plan the pose, and sometimes it can ruin the whole thing.
Pick a photo with a nice pose to be your reference. Then do a 'stick figure' with this pose. Be sure to mark the elbows and such. Then start to "fill" this stick figure with your sprite... That should do the trick. I myself call this one "skeleton technique" ;p
