I'd be inclined to move Rocky's other arm, too; since most of it's covered it's a little hard to read how it's positioned, so it looks kinda nubby. Try moving his upper arm inwards towards his torso so you can see part of the elbow in the gap between him and Frank, maybe?

Also maybe broaden Franks shoulders and make his calves a bit thicker? I almost don't want to say this because I kind of love how spindly you've made the legs look, but that's too feminine, so he doesn't look like a transvestite so much as a skinny woman x:
